I am Jacqueline Williamson — Founder and Owner of SecondStep Restoration — and I built this company because the credit system is complicated confusing and often feels designed to keep people stuck.

An error made by a creditor or a bureau — not by you — can sit on your report damaging your score until someone disputes it and forces it to be corrected.
